My business background has been in ranching, banking and natural gas production and exploration.
I started making photographs while living and working on a ranch because I wanted pictures of our herd for informational and promotional purposes. My work has appeared in numerous magazines, livestock publications and advertisements. I have been a featured photographer in both Texas Highways Magazine and Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine. I have received a Gold Award from the International Regional Magazine Association and a National ADDY award. In addition my work is in private collections throughout the southwest. In addition to photography I have a keen interest in conservation and land stewardship and currently am on the board of the Bamberger Ranch Preserve and the Preserve at Walnut Springs.
