This Sonoma Merlot fruit delivers forward notes
of cherry-spice and mixed berries, wrapped in velvet
creamy vanilla tones.
*
a noble Cabernet Sauvignon from Proud Country Cellars
Wonderful currant and chocolate flavors with this cabernet from Chile,
with a rich lush mouth feel. Nice currant and chocolate flavors.
*
Rosso di Montepulciano from Tuscany
Intense ruby red with hints of ripe red fruit, earth and leather.
Not intensely concentrated, but winning for its elegance and light,
excitable tannins, with a pleasantly fresh finish.

Last week events:
Father's Day Sunday, June 20th started at noon.
Our guests enjoyed the rare treat of an all Gospel performance by Sol Patch, which set their day Rockin! Melissa Weatherly (along with Brian Maldonado they are Sol Patch) was raised on Gospel Music and belted it out in a way that will stirred souls! She was honored to be named Best Female Vocalist in the Hill Country in 2008. This performance was not to be missed, and all who were here considered themselves lucky!
Mimosas, champagne and wine were available along with a light finger-food brunch. The breakfast casserole contest was a tie and we got rave reviews on the "spread", which was delicious.
